Troldtekt is exclusively produced from Danish raw materials – the wood is sourced from Danish forests, and the cement is produced by Aalborg Portland.

 

Raw materials

Wood 
Troldtekt primarily receives wood from nearby areas, i.e. the forests in western Jutland. The wood is transported to the factory in Troldhede on timber trucks.

The petrol and diesel fuel consumed for felling trees in the forests and transporting the wood to the public roads is very limited.

Cement
Cement is produced at the Aalborg Portland plant in Aalborg. Aalborg Portland produces the cement in a state-of-the-art production facility, and conducts extensive research to ensure environmental and energy improvements, and strives to reduce its CO₂ emissions at all times.

The cement is transported in tankers from the silo facility in Aalborg to Troldtekt's factory in Troldhede.

 

The finished product

Distributors
Troldtekt products are available throughout Europe. They are distributed by our authorised Troldtekt distributors who, to a large extent, will have the Troldtekt products in stock. From here, the Troldtekt products will be delivered by lorry direct to the building site together with other building products for the same project.
