Case 2019: Student project sparked idea for new solution

In 2019, Troldtekt cooperated with a group of students who were given a chance to try their hand at high-tech challenges in production. The students turned a problem on its head and arrived at a completely new idea.

In spring 2019, Troldtekt opened its factory doors to four students on the MSc programme in Technology Based Business Development at Aarhus University. As part of an exam project, the group was shown several complex challenges that Troldtekt was seeking to address at its high-tech production facility in Troldhede in western Jutland.

Case 2019: Sponsorship for tomorrow's architects

At Troldtekt, innovation is a fundamental value. Consequently, we honour students who develop new ideas for architecture.

In 2019, we were again the main sponsor of a competition in which students from Hamburg designed the school of the future.

Case 2018: CSR crosses boundaries

With Sweden and Germany as new domestic markets, it has been natural for Troldtekt to extend its CSR activities to these two countries. In practice, we have chosen to support measures that benefit society and which are in line with our own business goals.

Thanks to citizen involvement, Troldhede now has a modern grocery shop and petrol station. Troldtekt has contributed financially to the establishment of the new shop, and we shop locally as often as possible.

Case 2016: HUSET offers a sense of community and peace of mind

In Herning, the independent association HUSET offers a sanctuary for socially disadvantaged citizens. The association has a dream that its newly refurbished multi-purpose room will create a better communal environment and make it easier for people to take the first tentative steps across the threshold.

Case 2016: Open factory strengthens the dialogue with neighbours

Case 2015: Dialogue is the way to good neigh-bourly relations

As the Troldtekt factory lies within a relatively short distance from its neighbours, openness and dialogue have a high priority. Orla Jepsen, the factory manager, handles all grievances face to face, and in 2015 Troldtekt took measures to mitigate several nuisances for neighbours.
