Acoustic solutions for sustainable building

Troldtekt akustikplattor bidrar till certifiering av hållbart byggande

Sustainable building to order

Proven sustainable buildings benefit the environment, indoor climate, user-friendliness, well-being and operating costs.

The voluntary building certifications make developing superior sustainable buildings much more manageable. The certifications are a big plus for the people who will use the buildings, for the environment and for the owners of the buildings.

On this page you can read more about the different certifications – and how Troldtekt acoustic solutions proactively contribute to them.

You can also download packs of documents that specifically describe Troldtekt’s impact on criteria and the points involved in each of the certifications. The packs of documents have been prepared by Ramboll.

DGNB logo

DGNB is the German sustainability system for construction, adopted in Germany in 2008. The German Sustainable Building Council non-profit (DGNB) manages the certification scheme.

DGNB shares the holistic approach of the UN to sustainability, with criteria in six overarching ratings. A building can achieve DGNB Platinum, DGNB Gold or DGNB Silver, depending on the building’s points score.

Under the auspices of the Green Building Council Denmark membership organisation, the Danish construction industry has adopted the DGNB system to certify sustainable building in Denmark.
