Hotel apartments with charm

The target group for Living Suites is employees posted abroad and in need of a temporary home - but the apartments have proven popular with many other customer groups. Location and quality are key to the hotel’s success.

Living Suites is situated close to the E47 motorway running north from Copenhagen to Helsingør. It is easy to get there and not far from the Danish capital. There is a wide range of shops at the Nærumvænge Torv shopping precinct next door, and a fitness centre within easy walking distance.

For many people working a long way from home, it is the ideal place to spend part of the week, especially as all 63 hotel rooms of varying sizes have their own kitchen – an important factor, especially if you enjoy being able to cook your own food.  There is a long list of facilities, from each of the rooms having its own balcony to lightning-fast WiFi, and altogether the hotel offers extremely comfortable accommodation.

Comfort

In designing the interiors, the emphasis has been on materials, beds and other furniture and fittings of the highest quality. The palette of colours is discreet without being bland and anonymous – just like in a modern home. Troldtekt panels have been installed in most of the apartments as a sound-absorbing ceiling surface to ensure good acoustics. Some apartments have a small sleeping platform, and therefore high ceilings.

On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen and lounge for guests wanting to be more sociable. There is also a large conference room, which has also been stylishly furnished with an eye for lighting and colours. White-painted Troldtekt acoustic panels have also been fitted in these communal areas.
