Latest update: The Danish government has announced that a gradual and controlled reopening of Denmark can commence after Easter, if the current trend in the number of people infected continues. We hope that the situation will soon begin to improve – both in Denmark and the rest of the world!

Troldtekt is continuing to produce acoustic panels and deliver them to customers in Denmark and abroad. From Monday to Wednesday 6-8 April, we will be standing by to help via email, telephone or online meetings between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. Goods for collection can be picked up at the factory in Troldhede between 7.00 am and 3.00 pm.

To reduce the risk of infection among our employees and partners, we have implemented various measures to reduce physical contact. These measures will be explained in connection with goods collection.

We will be closed during the Easter holiday from Thursday 9 April to Monday 13 April, but will be back again on Tuesday 14 April. Happy Easter everyone – and take care!

The authorities have closed Denmark’s borders for persons without creditable purpose in Denmark until 13 April 2020. Many other countries are likewise closing their borders.

Goods can still be transported across the borders. Thus, we can still supply our customers with Troldtekt acoustic panels.

At Troldtekt, we are complying with the authorities’ recommendations to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 virus. This means that we remain fully accessible, but with some of us working from home. This also means that we are keeping up production in Troldhede (Denmark) and continue to supply the building industry.

We have taken the following steps, which until further notice are in effect up to and including week 13:

  • We continue to manufacture and deliver acoustic panels at our normal level of operation. We are closely monitoring the situation and will immediately notify everyone concerned in the event of any change to the supply situation.
  • We are ready to provide advice and receive orders over the phone – and will readily participate in online (Skype) meetings. If you are interested in meeting with us online, please feel free to contact the sales department. We are not participating in external, face-to-face meetings.
  • Our sales and support departments, as well as other administrative colleagues, are primarily working from home. However, all of our departments have a rotation system to keep the office staffed on a daily basis, but with a reduced number of colleagues to enable them to maintain a safe physical distance from one another.
  • We are, of course, following the guidelines issued by the authorities.

We are doing our best to ensure that building activities can continue at a level that is as close to normal as possible, despite the severity of the current situation. We look forward to continuing our positive dialogue with our customers and partners.
