Maximum acoustic effect, minimal thickness
Make an easy choice when you want excellent acoustics. Troldtekt® Plus Fleece is a series of acoustic panels that effectively absorb sound and come in thicknesses down to 15 mm. They're also easy to transport, store, stack, cut and assemble on site.
The Troldtekt Plus Fleece product series is the obvious choice for schools, educational institutions, offices, leisure facilities, retail premises and many other building types with high acoustic requirements.
A special acoustic fleece is glued to the back of the panel. Together with the cement-bonded panel with a thickness of either 15, 25 or 35 mm, the fleece ensures high sound absorption:
· Up to αw = 0.90 for the Troldtekt Plus 15 variant (panel absorbs 90% of sound)
· Up to αw = 0.95 for the Troldtekt Plus 25 variant (panel absorbs 95% of sound)
· Up to αw = 1.00 for the Troldtekt Plus 35 variant (panel absorbs 100% of sound).
Easy handling, lower costs
The panels with fleece backing come in thicknesses down to 15 mm and weigh as little as 7.3 kg/m2. This makes them easy to stack, cut, lift and install at the building site.
What's more, you save costs in terms of purchasing, transporting and storing the panels.
Low suspension depth, great effect
Troldtekt Plus Fleece provides the best acoustic effect when the panels are installed as a suspended ceiling with a suspension depth of 200 mm. At lower suspension depths, the effect is still higher than with classic cement-bonded wood wool panels without a liner applied to the back.
Troldtekt Plus Fleece can be installed as ceiling and wall cladding. The solution is also ideal as a removable acoustic ceiling in a suspended profile system, making it easy to inspect installations above.

Multiple colours, structures and designs
Troldtekt Plus Fleece offers excellent freedom of design for your building. The solution can be supplied as painted or unpainted panels. You can also choose between fine, ultrafine and extreme fine textures, as well as several different edge profiles.
You can also choose between our classic surface and the distinctive design solutions Troldtekt line, Troldtekt line design, Troldtekt v-line and Troldtekt tiles T24. The four design solutions are available with different types of milled surface grooves, creating an elegant ceiling.

An effective alternative
Here you can see how effectively different Troldtekt acoustic panels (ultrafine texture) absorb sound. An alpha value of 1 (αw = 1.00) means that the panel absorbs 100 per cent of sound.
Note that the solution has a higher absorption than Troldtekt panels without a liner applied to the back even at low frequencies.

At a suspension depth of 200 mm, Troldtekt Plus 35 provides the same sound absorption as a 25 mm acoustic panel with 40 mm of mineral wool glued to the back.

Advantages of Troldtekt Plus Fleece
Excellent acoustics
As a suspended ceiling, Troldtekt Plus Fleece makes it possible to achieve class A sound absorption at a suspension depth of 200 mm, while the solution also absorbs sound effectively at low frequencies (125–250 Hz).
Effective fire performance
Troldtekt Plus Fleece is fire-tested and classified in accordance with EN 13501. The solution is available both with the classification B-s1, d0 and in a non-flammable variant with the classification A2-s1,d0.
Robust and durable
The combination of wood and cement means that Troldtekt cement-bonded wood wool has a service life of at least 50 years. The panels require virtually no maintenance during use and can also withstand high humidity.
Flexible design
Choose between painted and unpainted acoustic panels, three different structures and classic Troldtekt or four of our distinctive design solutions: Troldtekt line, Troldtekt line design, Troldtekt v-line and Troldtekt tiles T24.
Easy to assemble
The panels are available in a range of sizes and edge profiles, ready to assemble in a T24 or T35 profile system. The panels can also be assembled directly onto wooden battens. Troldtekt Plus 25 and Troldtekt Plus 35 can be screwed into a suspended C60 profile system.
Easy to store and handle
A panel thickness down to 15 mm and low weight down to 7.3 kg/m2 ensure quick and easy assembly while also providing you with cost savings on transport and storage.
Documented sustainability initiatives
You can choose a solution in a variant based on carbon-reduced FUTURECEM™. All wood in the acoustic panels comes from certified forests (FSC® C115450 and PEFC/09-31-030). Troldtekt Plus Fleece is classified as "low-emission" in the German environmental certification Der Blaue Engel, which documents the certified products' impact on water, soil, air and health.
