Non-combustible acoustic panels for areas with strict fire requirements
Troldtekt A2 is the non-combustible version of our acoustic panels, designed for buildings with stricter fire safety requirements – for example, escape routes, corridors, and other critical areas.
The panel is made from wood wool and a special type of cement that ensures A2-s1,d0 fire classification without the use of toxic fire-retardant additives. Despite its enhanced fire performance, Troldtekt A2 visually matches the classic Troldtekt acoustic panel. The two types can therefore be installed together in the same building without affecting the overall look.
Acoustic performance and easy installation
Troldtekt A2 offers the same high acoustic performance as the classic panels, achieving a sound absorption coefficient up to αw = 1.0.
The panels are lighter than comparable non-combustible solutions, making them easier to handle and install. This combination of fire performance, acoustic quality, and design flexibility makes Troldtekt A2 a practical and aesthetic choice for modern building projects.
