Highlights from Stockholm design week – and acoustic panels from the fair can now become part of a Swedish project!
With the opening of Troldtekt’s showroom in Stockholm timed to coincide with Troldtekt’s Stockholm Furniture Fair debut, lots of architects and designers stopped by. Now there’s the chance to recommend a Swedish project to reuse the acoustic panels from the exhibition stand.
Troldtekt made its debut at the world’s largest Scandinavian design event – the Stockholm Furniture Fair – which took place from 7–11 February 2023. With more than 400 exhibitors, the fair brought together architects and designers from 100+ countries.
Troldtekt’s exhibition stand attracted plenty of footfall for conversations about acoustics, design and sustainable building. Many visitors also tried their hand at our virtual design puzzle, where a weekend trip to Copenhagen was up for grabs – including accommodation and visits to restaurants with good acoustics. Later on, Troldtekt addressed an attentive audience from one of the fair’s three platforms, with a presentation on design using healthy materials.
On the evening of the first day of the fair, Troldtekt opened a new showroom at materials exhibition Studio B, in the heart of Stockholm. Many architects chose to round off the day here in pleasant surroundings with good acoustics and distinctive design.
