Elegance in the architects’ own office

The architects Krook and Tjäder’s Kristianstad office has moved into new premises with black-painted Troldtekt panels.

In Kristianstad, the architectural firm Krook & Tjäder with its nearly 50 employees has moved into a newly renovated office in the centre of the city, close to cosy cafes, the canal and green parks.

Krook & Tjäder is one of Sweden’s largest architectural firms with over 300 employees working on both national and international projects within urban planning, landscape, architecture, interior design and product design. The company has offices in both Sweden and Norway.

In addition to Kristianstad, Krook & Tjäder has a presence in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Borås, Halmstad, Uppsala, Östersund, Karlstad and Oslo.

Black theme

In the Kristianstad office, black-painted areas with black-painted Troldtekt acoustic panels were chosen for the separate sections with kitchen and lunch areas as well as the corridors. In this way, there is a clear shift when you walk away from the white-coloured desk area for a cup of coffee or a chat with a colleague.

The black colour interacts elegantly with the warmth of the wood used for the wall panelling.
