Consultants and project owners are now able to download environmental product declarations (EPDs) for eight different types of Troldtekt acoustic panels based on FUTURECEM™ cement. The life cycle analyses show that the panels have a reduced carbon footprint.

The exhibition ARCHITECT@WORK is about to arrive in Munich. On Wednesday 27 April and Thursday 28 April 2022, architects can experience innovative design for distinctive architecture – including the award-winning Troldtekt design solutions.

KB32 in Copenhagen has been voted Denmark’s Office Building of the Year 2022. Troldtekt® acoustic panels based on the new cement type FUTURECEM™ have won a German Innovation Award 2022. The award pays tribute to sustainable design innovations. 

Troldtekt is now launching two new variants of its award-winning design solutions. Troldtekt® v-line 1way and Troldtekt® v-line 2way acoustic panels feature elegant v-shaped grooves milled into the surface. Troldtekt v-line is based on the classic 25 mm Troldtekt acoustic panels, and can be produced at very competitive prices.

Troldtekt has reached another milestone as part of its strategic work with sustainability: The entire range of Troldtekt cement-bonded wood wool products has moved up a level in the sustainable design concept Cradle to Cradle – from Silver to Gold. The new certificate has been achieved after switching to new paint recipes in production. 

Troldtekt A/S, the Danish producer of acoustic panels made from wood and cement, becomes a part of the Irish Kingspan Group. Thus, Troldtekt joins a global group that shares the vision of a sustainable construction industry. The new ownership will prepare the company for continued international growth – with a significant production expansion in Denmark.
