Backing onto the woods and offering spectacular views of the large lake Vesterfjord and the town, the location of these new owner-occupied apartments in Hobro is second to none.

The building is constructed in three storeys in red brick with yellow horizontal bands, and all the apartments feature generously sized balconies. To ensure outstanding views for all the residents, the building façade is not straight but broken, and the part farthest to the east has angled balconies to ensure the necessary privacy for residents. The entrances are situated on the opposite side of the building in connection with broad access balconies, where residents can also meet and gather.

The apartment block has a large communal room and guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a storage room on the lower floor in addition to the six integrated garages.

Good acoustics for convivial environments

In each of the 24 apartments, which vary in size, the living room and kitchen are at the front of the building to take full advantage of the views. The large window sections, which incorporate a door onto the balcony (facing either south or east), allow daylight to fill the rooms. Many of the apartments also have also corner windows, affording daylight from several directions.

In the living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms, Troldtekt acoustic panels in a natural finish have been used on the ceilings; the panels ensure good acoustics and match the exclusive style of the interior design. Most of the owners are aged 50+, so their hearing is often impaired. Acoustics which make it possible to enjoy both silence and convivial get-togethers is therefore a significant bonus.
